Shipping policy

Shipping

All items ship from our warehouse near Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Shipping by ground is FREE on orders over $100.00 (to Canada only)

Shipping by ground is $25.00 on orders under $100.00 to Canada, and $25.00 on all orders to the United States.

Shipping is $90 for all International shipments

All duties and tariffs if applicable to be paid by the recipient.

NOTE:

orders are processed with 1-5 business days.  For framed art it may take up to 12 business days.
orders shipping to the East Coast of North America will take 5-7 business days by Ground.  Central 3-5 days by Ground West Coast 1-3 days by Ground
Shipping time is approximate and you will receive tracking details once the order has shipped.  

Returns

To return an item please email returns@theindigenouscollection.com. Please let us know the reason for the return request and your order number. If your purchase is eligible for a return we will provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping address. 

Please note that customers are responsible the cost of shipping when returning an item. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packing. Once the item is received in good condition by our warehouse the refund will be processed on your original form of payment. 

Damages

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged product please email sales@theindigenouscollection.com. Please provide a brief description of the problem as well as a photo. We will replace or refund the item.
